• Software will be reset to factory settings and/or completely reloaded with a  new operating system
• It undergoes a complete data wipe, removing any business information from a previous user or removing any unnecessary software or other information that had been added to the original product
• Additional preventive maintenance is performed, identifying vulnerable internal areas, securing them and protecting them
• The item will be professionally cleaned and repackaged
